DESCRIPTION This application specific MOSFET is the lastest generation of STMicroelectronics unique "STripFETTM" technology. The resulting transistor is optimized for low on-resistance and minimal gate charge. The Chip-scaled PowerFLATTM package allows a significant board space saving, still boosting the performance.
